Review content:
We are from out of state and went there expecting the same respect for customers as we get back home. This did not happen. The managers policy is to buy something first, then try it on and maybe we'll give you a credit to try something else if you don't like what you bought. They blamed it on a city wide policy, but the best of us know better. After relying on human decency we bought two costumes. One was really, really lousy. Even after an exchange of accessories they boked, but repeated critisism of the store policies allowed us to leave with some decent product and absolute knowledge that we would never return. Buyer beware!!! The staff is great, the owner and manager are sub human... Despite their ""policy"", open those packages and check the product. It's better to be thrown out of the store than waste money on a bad product. In the end we went back home to another costume store, met with very nice managers and employees, were able to try on the costumes before we paid for them and walked out very happy. Forget this place unless they become more customer friendly.... Boo!
