My husband and I are in the process of renovating 2 of the three bathrooms in our 2400 square foot apartment. We were also looking to replace one of the cabinets in our kitchen. Once the salesperson (the proprietress?) heard that we were looking for one cabinet she said point blank that she would not sell us one cabinet and flat out refused to help me any further. She proceeded to ignore me and when I mentioned that we needed other things as well that we were planning to buy there if she were a little more flexible on the cabinet thing she said ""I don't have time"". What kind of business is that? Honestly, I am born and raised in NYC and have NEVER experience such rudeness from a salesperson in my life before. I for one, will be purchasing my bath and kitchen fixtures elsewhere, where the customers needs matter.
