It sounds like someone has a personal vendetta against someone at this terrific facility. Too bad they have nothing better to do. I am sane and whole-heartedly recommend this kennel. When I moved to Las Cruces last year, I found this kennel by word of mouth and also asked the manager for specific client references while she gave me a tour of the property. The facilities were spotless and my dog, Maggie, had a great time. I have brought her here several times since with the same results for both boarding and grooming. SEE FOR YOURSELF and find some LEGITIMATE REAL REFERENCES how wonderful the service is at this kennel for your pet! The positive reviews online are the same as I found first-hand and by calling real, sane people who used this facility. While many people only write reviews who have an axe to grind, I am happy to be able to write this as a satisfied customer to give a first-hand endorsement and to suggest to everyone to check out this kennel first-hand.
