I brought my wedding dress here, which I made, to be cleaned before my wedding. I live locally, so I like supporting local businesses. However, when I got my dress back, one of the straps that I had made to hang the dress (it's strapless) was broken and they put huge safety pins through my silk dress, which left gaping holes. The back of the dress had a part where it was crimped during the process and looked awful. They got a stain out that I was worried about, and for that I am grateful. The service was friendly, but I am going to have to have my dress pressed again because it looks awful - and I have to fix the strap and the holes they left. Not what I was hoping for at all.
