I've tried a couple of different classes here. The instruction was decent, but the facility could use some work. A concrete floor with industrial carpet on it is not ideal for boxing, kickboxing, or other martial arts work. Really tough on the joints to run and do floorwork on concrete. I wish the facility was a bit larger. The bags are really close together and it limits your ability to move around on combinations. If the classes were full, it would be pretty tight for space in here. Both instructors I took class from provided feedback to students and corrected form.
