I love Tyrone and the staff at the Portland LA Boxing! The work out is intense - but what do you expect you should do to burn 1000 calories in one hour? hmmm? Slow stretches like in yoga? A brisk walk perhaps? Come on! This is a spectacular workout - even if you aren't in shape yet - you just have to take it at your own pace. If you feel it would hurt you to do something - run in place or some other cardio move. None of the instructors make you feel bad if you can't do something. They help you so you CAN do it and they motivate you in a positive way. Men and women of all shapes and sizes take these classes and if you can't handle the workout, go back to yoga! The rest of us want our body shaped and ready for the summer! Pros: awesome workout. the best ever. staff is great.
