Potterville Pottery is amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and mellow! I had my 10 y.o. and 5 y.o. with me and they LOVED it! When the 5 y.o. was finished painting her pottery she was given some cards to play with,then the owner put the karaoke machine on for her to sing, and no one minded when she went over to watch the pottery wheels in action. My 10 y.o. was also comfortable enough to ask 1000 questions and wants to take pottery lessons (which are individual!!!) I have never been so relaxed and had such a good time (even with 2 kids and lots of breakable objects!) I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to explore their creative side and definitely to parents. Adult oriented AND kid-friendly - not your typical place!!!
Pros: Quiet, relaxing, lots of space
Cons: Hard to get to on Riverdale with the median in the way...
