Review content:
Jeff came out and did the job, and recommended additional products, which I agree to. When they failed I arranged for Jeff to come back to work on fixing it. He stood me up on June 3rd, after I waited at home all day, and when I called him he was watching hid daughter's softball game. He apologize, and then stood me up again on July 28th and August 17. When I called and now asked for my money back, he told me know and hung up on me. I would recommend caution working with this company or Jeff. I don't feel he can be trusted if something goes wrong. He does not stand behind his work in my case.
Pros: He cashed my check
Cons: His work failed and Jeff never stood behind it.
