company sent a tech out to home and we was told we needed whole new outside unit and fan was locked up! ended up paying the $85 service call and tech gave a quote of $2300 for all repairs to be done and a.c. unit to be working properly again... well good friend of ours that my son works with is a licensed heating and cooling guy and asked him to come look at it and he had it fixed within about 45 min. (thats even running to go and get part he needed!) he cleaned it up and put new capacitor on and we have a.c. now!! its been down for about three weeks and we havent seen a day under 93 degrees! ended up being $39 for everything to fix it!!! never use this company for anything.. they suck! thanks paul.. want our service call money back!
