Review content:
I left my dog and 2 cats for a week. The cats had never been boarded before and were very scared. The owner gave the cats Flower Essences and they both calmed down almost at once. Both cats shared a cat condo and the condo was moved to a more quiet, private area of the cattery. The condo was under a skylight so both got lots of sun (they like sleeping in the sun at home). My dog was also not very used to boarding so he was put up front in the quiet area of the kennel. I called several times to check up on the cats and dog. The kennel staff took my concern seriously and give me full reports on eating and activity levels! I felt very reassured after calling! I know that my dog received lots of extra TLC as he was very happy when I picked him up and not stressed at all. .The cats were also fine! I could tell that my cats and dog gots lots of individual and caring attention while boarding. I high recommend this kennel!
Pros: Wonderful caring staff and attention to detail!
