Review content:
The project was to lay vinyl flooring at my father's assisted living apartment. The owner of the business did not even take measurements of the apartment and relied on the estimated measurements of the floor layout scheme of the apartment given by the facility. The job costed my father well over standard price because I got several estimates from larger flooring stores and thought a sole proprietor would give better service and a quality job. That was farther from the truth of the matter. The owner called me, Kim Peterson, and said the measurements were inaccurate and that my father would have to pay additional monies for the material involved. After completion of the job, it was a very sloppy job, especially in the bathroom area around the toliet area where inaccurate cuts were made. Well, not only did the job cost us well over standard price but the job was very poor quality. The owner, KIm Peterson, did not even inspect the job himself. He was rude and very downgrading to his customers. The whole job was handled very unprofessional and I, personally learned a lesson, that a smaller company does not always mean one on one service..
Pros: Job completed on a timely basis.
Cons: Very poor quality of work and unprofessionalism of the owner, Kim Peterson.Overpaid.
