After another contractor completed a tiling project in our bathroom that did not meet our expectations, we started asking around for references. Would have saved ourselves a lot of money if we had done that from the start!
We saw work at other homes done by TLC and talked to several satisfied customers, so we knew we were in goods hands with owner, Kim Peterson. Everything went like clockwork this time around. We received a detailed estimate, selected materials with the owner, and then sat back to watch a well orchestrated crew turn our bathroom nightmare around.
The work we had done: remove and replace walls and tile surrounding tub/shower area, replace exhaust fan, paint tub, install shower doors, install floor trim. The transformation was amazing!
The craftsmen who came to my home did a top notch job. All knew their trades and really respected my home. I especially appreciated the plastic covering the carpet on my stairs, and my bathroom was left usable every night. No tools left laying around for my kids to get into.
This was the only full bath in a house with two adults and two kids. We were very concerned that the materials would stand up to constant use, but also didn't have an unlimited budget. Kim understood this and installed products that we are comfortable will stand the test of time.
