After searching on my own for 1 month for an affordable rental in Phoenixville, I gave in and signed up with Always rentals b/c I saw their name all over Craig's List. I received the confirmation letter with the email to contact if I need support.
I contacted them b/c I never received my log in information after 4 days. They sent a brief unprofessional couple words and gave me 4 digits to use as both username and email. At this point I knew I was in trouble...but i tried it anyway...
It provided me with the previous weeks listings which only included for my area the apartment complexes that I could find for free with a simple Google search.
I wrote again and asked for an ID to access updated information and never heard back. I gave up after this knowing I had been scammed and found a realtor to help me. I found a place and signed a lease. I contacted Always for a refund less than 3 weeks after initially signing up. The are refusing my refund b/c of fine print. They are not canceling my acct either. They keep sending unprofessional emails with no signature or periods telling me I can freeze my acct. Why do I need to freeze my ""acct' that never worked and I never had access to in the first place? How do I freeze an acct I do not have access to? please don't waste your money and if you do contact the better business bureau and your bank to block them from taking additional money. I am disgusted by the dishonesty of this company!
