Review content:
Nightmare for my friends. Pool was installed, took twice as long as initially stated. Poor workman ship and concrete work did not pass local village inspection. If you go with J&C get used to hearing excuses & ""Oh, We can fix that."" forget about them being there every day until the job is done. After a few checks are given to them it becomes a coin toss weather or not they will show up. Not trustworthy crew. Keep house, garage and Cars locked. No hard proof but something of great value went missing from my friend's garage. J&C employees were the only people around. Walls for pool were installed and had to be torn out 4 days later because J&C installed them improperly. If you have any kind of ground water issue, forget it. J&C can't handle it. If you want a great pool, go with another company. J&C will be busy in court this spring. The other reviews must be written by friends or J&C.
Cons: Never ending cost for repairs & living with defects
