Review content:
Dr. Taylor is a kind and compassionate doctor who does great work with eyes. He is very honest but is also very reassuring. My husband has been seeing him for years and in spite of severe diabetic retinopathy, Dr Taylor has helped keep his eyes from deteriorating by the use of laser work and other procedures. His more delicate procedures are done at the world-renown Duke Eye Center. His assistants and office staff are a delight to deal with and the office operates like a very pleasant and smoothly-run machine. The staff are very personable, have a good sense of humor and interact very well with other and with the patients. Dr. Taylor splits his practice between New Bern and Raleigh.
Pros: great atmostsphere and staff; emergencies are taken in right away (great if YOU are the emergency)
Cons: emergencies are taken in right away....sometimes appointment times are a bit behind but the waiting room is kept informed
