Review content:
It is my experience that if you want therapy, you should see a therapist. The psychiatrists on staff provide medical management services, and brief consults. The therapists at Advanced are easy to reach, and seem to have a genuine concern. I have been refered to one of the doctors and have had to wait my turn, however that seems to have gotten much better recently, since they are enforcing apppintment times, instead of first come first served. Anyhow I have no problems with the office and have always been treated with respect. They just need to work on getting someone to answer the phones a little quicker or at least give us the option to wait for someone instead of voicemail.
