This place is a disaster! We would commonly wait more than 1 1/2 hrs. or more for our appointment, e.g., we would be seen at 7:30 for a 6 o'clock appointment. More than once, with no forewarning, our doctor did not show up at all...forcing us to reschedule the appointment. The required 1 hr. counseling sessions were typically cut to 30 min. The office is severely over booked and understaffed, and nothing is being done to alleviate the problem. Don't even try calling them. I am put on hold every time I call, and I stay on hold about 10 minutes everytime. Customer service is horrid. Avoid this place if you can.
Pros: Open later than most doctor's offices, about 8 p.m.
