Please don't ever use Chino Florist & Greenhouse service. I ordered from them on Valentine's Day to have them sent to three of my sisters, but one of them didn't get flowers that day. I called the next morning and spoke with Rhea and she was very rude on the phone and insisted that they were delivered. They never were delivered because she said she just got the confirmaton the next morning. She said there was nothing more she can do for me and wouldn't at least take the shipping charge off my order that was over $120. I understand that it was valentine's day, but if she wasn't able to help I wish she would have called me and I would have went somewhere else. She was very nasty on the phone. Please don't ever use there service because they can't help you.
