I came here for laser hair removal on the recommendation of a friend but was still extremely nervous! Not only was I looking to have pretty sensitive areas treated, but I had this awful fear of a nail salon with a ""laser in back"" sorta thing. Well, as soon as the elevators opened into the reception area I was immediately put at ease. The space is really amazing and the staff super friendly and professional from start to finish. Everything I saw along the way, from the equipment to the decor to the demeanor of the staff really said to me that the person in charge wanted to spare no expense in making this a top of the line med spa...every detail! When it came time for the treatment, I had (almost) no reluctance to drop my drawers and speak with the staff about where I was looking to have hair removed...I even surprised myself! I think its because it had just enough of that sterile, no nonsense doctors office feel to make me feel comfortable and safe. But as I left, I really felt like I had been pampered...like I had done something REALLY great for myself...like a great massage or facial.
