Review content:
They installed a complete HVAC system in my old house, venting and all. The price was good, and they finished in a reasonable amount of time. However, I was told I was getting a new system. Not long after that I had problems with the AC. It stopped cooling. I was told it was because I got the compressor wet with my sprinkler. AC Climate Mechanical replaced the unit, then told me to run the fan for 2 days. After that it worked but soon failed again. Then I was told I have a leak which is causing the freon to leak out. They offered to put some Stop Leak stuff in it later, but never showed back up. When I got a free energy audit from OGE, Comfort Aire came out to inspect my HVAC Unit. At that time I was told AC Climate Mechanical installed a very old used system and that the leak could not be fixed. I would have to buy a new unit which would be $2000. Another $2000 for the furnace. I do not have this kind of money so I'm up a creek. AC Climate Mechanical has not returned my calls for help. They could have installed a fairly new (not brand new) system for what I paid but they didn't. They also installed a couple vents poorly, and left a hole in my ceiling in the hallway. Do Not Use This Company! You don't know what you're getting.
