Review content:
I had always been pretty healthy but going into my 39th birthday and after having birthed two children, I found myself more and more tired everyday. I decided to get a physical at my primary care physician's office to get a baseline for my health. I was surprised to find that my cholestoral was high and I was at a bone density level almost considered Osteoperosis. Since I was catching these aliaments early and was trying to avoid others my mother currently deals with (diabetes, heart condition, obsity, etc) I decided it was time to learn more about nutrition and supplements rather than start on medication. I met Dr. Grass at the Wild Oats near my house where she was the Naturalpathic advisor. When I found out she also had a private practice that was covered by my insurance I made an appointment.
Pros: convenient office location, open minded, has access to many healing techniques
