Horrible - I have to begin by saying that I am not the type of person who usually goes on the internet to write a review. So doing this is taking time out of my day. But I want everyone to know what Rent A Center does to there customers. But I have had a terrible experience with Rent A Center. I cannot believe how a company can treat their customers so horribly. I felt like a criminal every time I was on the phone with them. They called me countless times, sometimes up to three times in a row. They would harass my references, and show up at my job looking for me. They would Show up to my house, and ask my neighbors if they have seen me. They called my mother on a Saturday at 8am twice. This company is to be avoided by all means. I would recommend never using Rent A Center as an option. It is a poor judgement by doing so. I have never seen something like this before (No exaggeration). I called corporate hoping to speak to someone with compassion and common sense, they said they would have the district manager call me. So I spoke with the district manager who called me from the store (I'm sure everyone in the store heard me on speaker), and to my surprise he was equally as ignorant as everyone in that store. I gave them back all there stuff that day, and they still tried to sell me a bed frame for $150. I cannot believe there are businesses that make a luxury out of harassing their customers and treating them like absolute scum.
