Review content:
My family joined two friends for an amazing dining experience at The Capital Grille over the Thanksgiving 2011 holiday weekend. We made reservations online via OpenTable for Friday night supper. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated. The decor inside is modern and elegant. We were seated next to the kitchen giving us the opportunity to watch the chefs and staff create and ship out to the tables numerous different plates. The Capital Grille is known for there steaks so I opted to have a filet mignon which was cooked to perfection. I paired it with a 1991 Far Niente which was truly a real treat. This particular restaurant boast 5,000 bottles of wine. Average price mark-up on an amazing list which includes several harder to find California Cabernets and even several verticals. We all enjoyed the food, service and experience and plan a return trip to The Capital Grille again soon. I would recommend this restaurant without any hesitation.
