Today I went specifically to purchase a Snapper Rear Engine Rider. I was the only customer when Employee showed me the Snapper RER that was out in the front. Just as I was asking questions, a 2nd customer comes in. I am left standing there so Employee can help customer #2 who is a male. It takes 5 mins. for Employee to argue with Customer #2 about an ordered part--Employee telling customer #2 that he didn't really order the part. I was not impressed with Employee's behavior, even if it wasn't at the cost of me being ignored. While that transaction is taking place, a 3rd customer walks in, another male. After Employee finished with customer #2, instead of coming back to me, he goes on to help customer #3, without a word or a nod of the head to me. Another 5 minutes of me just waiting and being ignored. Apparently, customer #3's $3.00 spark plug purchase was more important to Employee than selling a new Snapper RER to a FEMALE customer. Cons: IGNORED
