Businiess name:  Edible Bliss Confections

Review content:
Somehow, I was put in charge of getting the cake for friends birthday party. I wasn't given much guidance (there would be 25 guests, the birthday girl liked flowers, and ""make sure it's got some yellow in it""), nor did I have any experience ordering cakes. A friend recommended Edbile Bliss because they had used them. I lucked out. I spoke to Natalia, who was really nice (and patient), and basically designed a cake from what little info I provided. When the cake arrived at the party, I was impressed. Every woman at the party oohed and ahhed at the cake, which was covered with cascading, delicate, hand-made sugar flowers - making me a hero. Better yet, when we finally got to eat it (after lots of photos), it was delicious! It felt bad to have to wreck the beauty of it to eat it, but it was worth it! I will definitely use Edible Bliss again, and strongly recommend them.
