A very relaxing experience. I was having back problems and alot of stress. I've only had one massage before (many years ago) and friends kept telling me that a massage would be great. They were so right! I was so relaxed, came home and took a nap. Liz is terrific and her spa is wonderful. I can't wait to go back.
