My extremely low rating is based on the service I have received after leaving the gym. The gym is good - low-key, never crowded, good classes. BUT.... Shortly after paying a 12 month membership in full, I unexpectedly moved out of the area. To cancel membership, I followed their explicit instructions, including proving that I had moved more than 25 miles from the gym. It took FIVE MONTHS to finally get my refund, and that was only after I got my lawyer involved. Prior to that, I had made easily more than 10 phone calls to them to no avail. A lot of excuses were made as to the hold up. Like I said, it was finally resolved, but I think it took a lawyer for them to take action. So if you're on your own, good luck.
Pros: never crowded; good group classes
Cons: extremely unprofessional in refunding my money
