I have been going to Kara Nails for about a year now. I've always used the same nail technician because she does a good job; however, she is not friendly at all, even after almost a year of doing my nails. She is always huffing and puffing when someone else walks in the door with a more expensive service and she doesn't get them because she is busy doing a manicure. Even if you have an appointment at this salon, and someone else walks in at the same time who is getting a more expensive service done, they will take them first, whether you have an appointment or not, because they'll make more money off the person with the more expensive service. They are more concerned with making money than treating their customers right. I do not recommend them and will never go back. I went somewhere else that does a better job and the people aren't rude to me.
