Review content:
I would NEVER do business here. I was an existing customer and an employee of Peterson Financial advised me that making a change would generate a $40 refund. When I didn't receive the refund, I telephoned the office and spoke to MRS Peterson, who refused the refund. She couldn't show me where I'd benefit, but insisted I would still save money over my previous policy. When I requested her husband return my call, she said she'd oblige, but he never called back. I halted all business with them. Forty-dollars was a lot of money to me at that time and I really needed it. Furthermore, I didn't appreciate the manner in which it was handled. Perhaps, if I treated all my customers in this fashion, I could afford a large, beautiful home too! Pros: Can't think of any Cons: The review explains it all
