Review content:
I was a regular customer over the past few years, but things have changed. I placed a take-out order just before closing, and drove the food to another state to celebrate New Year's. Well, I trusted they got the order right as usual, but when I opened up my brown bag they left out an important part of my order, the chicken, which I paid almost $10 for. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, Mike, and the conversation with him was unbelievable. Even though we were regular customers and never had a problem, he accused us of lying and 'trying to steal my food'. He asked us if we wanted to talk to the cashier, WHAT? Why would we want to talk to a cashier when YOU are the manager, is what my husband said. This terrible man called my husband and myself theives once again, and said not to come back to his restaurant. He really defends his employees and doesn't take his customers' complaints seriously. I asked for the owner's name, he mumbled something in another language, and he hung up the phone. I would never go back here or to any Edwardo's because of this horrible experience. STAY AWAY, please.
