They are sooooo rude! They sent my payment to the wrong address so I hadn't recieved it. A rude woman called and asked me ""what my excuse was"" for not paying my bill. I hadn't even got the bill yet, and as I tried to explain to her, she was extremely rude, didn't listen and rather insult me over the phone. It's not like I couldn't afford the $100 dollar bill, they sent it to the wrong address. They don't deserve anyone's hard earned money and business if this is the way they are going to treat their customers!
