Can you please add negative stars. They are THE WORST! Their driver damaged my car and they are not willing to pay for the full cost of the damage even though they admitted fault. The guy did not know how to put a car on the jack properly it jumped off 3 x and on the third time it punctured my car. And then when it was up on the jack he striped all the lug nuts and broke a wheel stud.
DON""T USE THEM and if you are a member of any roadside assistance program and they are telling you that they are sending out OHare Towing request a new company. Trust me you don't want to go through the hassles I had to go through.
