I have always enjoyed working with Natalie and Jim...
However I got bumped a couple of times due to bigger other projects and I thought that wasn't quite fair.
Also when the guys came back on a second day to finish up without Natalie and Jim they didn't do much work to justify paying them the remainder of the sum - $600. And when I suggested some pruning on the trees we had said that we would do, and they were less than pleased.
Overall I would use them again.
