This is a warning. My house flooded, my mother happened to be in town and attempted to take care of my plumbing needs for me. They told my mother that they would give her a 15% discount since she was a senior. One hour later and $875.00 (parts were worth 70.00 at home depot) with the 15% discount project was complete. I came home and was shocked. After further research THE PLUMBING PRO would not have won. The most expesive bid after research was $575.00. (and no I did not share with the companies I had the job completed already.) I contacted THE PLUMBING PRO and asked for the owner. I was forwarded to the manager who imformed me that they had workmans comp unlike other plumbing companies that dont have there same overhead and that was why I was getting cheaper bids. I asked to have a return call from the owner. Fast forwarding we are now in July this happened in Oct. I went online and found the owner of the company I have left a message for him once a month since Nov. NO return calls Ever! I just want BUYERS to SHOP around before you use this company. I feel like they will scam the elderly and when questioned about the practices they really dont care. Please Please do not let this happen to you. And Do NOT let them tell you that INSURANCE will take care of a PRESSURE VALUE Malfunction. Insurance will not.
