Avoid this guy?he is a rip off. I got the ?Buy 1 Get 1 Free? deal last year for $140. I took my truck there mostly to get the dog smell removed from the interior and he did an OK job of that. The outside was just a wash job?not much ?detail?..no wax, no polished wheels or chrome, insect stains still there when I picked up the truck. My truck was egged a week or so before and dried egg was still on the tailgate which makes you wonder how much ?DETAIL? was put into the job. Today (4/8/2009) I called to schedule another detail and he said he was ?starving here? and was glad for the work. I reminded him this was the ?free? one and now he said the free one expired. I complained that nothing was said about an expiration date when I paid him and reminded him that he turned me away before when I tried to schedule the ?free? one. Then he said not to worry that we would work something out. I was hopeful he would make good on the deal. So I drove the 18 miles to get there and after I handed him my keys he said ?You know the ?free? one expired don?t you??, and further said he HAS to charge me for today. I reminded him of what he said on the phone and he just walked away saying he was not going to argue with me. I said I already paid for today last year and that he has a choice to make it right. As a ?businessman?, he can make it easy for me to return or hard for me to return?what was his choice? He said he was going to charge me for today so I took my keys and left. I think if he treated people right he would have more business. I think he NEEDED the money and thought I would just pay it rather than walk away. Maybe if he ran a professional detail shop instead of a back yard wash service he would not be ?starving here? and would have more customers. I got screwed?you might be next! Cons: Dishonest
