Review content:
I have been going to this store for several years now and I have seen it slump and I have seen people come and go, the product was ok and sometimes even bad! The service was indifferent at best. BUT the past month or so I have had to go in frequently to replace my stove, my daughter's refrigerator and washer and dryer in my rental units and have seen this huge change. The floor is much better organized and a new face is in the store. I like the old manager and had gotten to know him very well over the years, but this new store manager has brought a clean and professional look to the place. The energy in the place is different and I can tell he is making some big changes. And it is looking good. I am sure there will be people who will drag their feet and not want to do the extra work that's normal anywhere. I really liked that the guy was moving the appliances around himself and greeted me and when I had some questions he was really informed then told me he was the new manager! I appreciate hardworking honest people. These are the kind of people who should be employed in hard times. Give jobs to young men like him who want to work instead of people who walk around making excuses. The associates there should be happy to have someone who works along side of them instead of lounging in the office. I will be buying from the Outlet again and I will recommend this store and it's associates to other hardworking Americans.
