I did all my research before hand. When I first called Excellence Cars, I spoke with a lady and asked her like a million questions. She answered everything to my satisfaction. When she did not know a specific thing, most other dealership would make stuff up but she researched with me and got the correct information. Even after the purchase, they came back with a lower interest rate that they got later from a different bank whereby saving us over a thousand dollars in finance charges. Thank you and Kudos to a fabulous operation!
