DO NOT GO HERE. I made the mistake of going back after they messed up a pair of very nice boots I had. They guy assured me when I brought them back to have them re-fixed that he had been in the biz for 35 years and that he never makes mistakes like that. So, I brought him two pairs of heels. First, they weren't done on the day he had promised. Second, he lost BOTH pairs and made me scour the store looking for them and then accused me of not knowing what my own shoes looked like. Third, he assumed I wanted one pair stretched instead of repairing the heal, which would have been disastrous if he had actually managed to get the work done on time. I think part of the problem may be due to the fact that the guy speaks very little English, but honestly, if you're going to own a run a business, you'd better be able to communicate with your clients.
