I recently had A-Pro inspect a home I've purchased on the northwest side and they found more than I ever could have imagined. They also guaranteed the report findings for 4 months so I guess it was like getting a warranty on an older home like you would with a new home. I also got a bunch of homeowner incentives with their new programs they've started. I referred my sister-in-law to them and she got the same programs and guarantee that I did so the free rewards program wasn't just a fluke or scam. If your looking for a great home inspector then you need to call these people. After seeing everything that they offered and did for me I feel like I wasted my time trying to shopping around. 110% satisfied!
