After shopping around online I found a 2008 Murano in my price range at rt. 22 nissan. I gave them a call and they told me that they had the car in stock and others like it. I went down to the dealership to see the others and fr a test drive. I was greeted by someone from the sales staff. I forgot what he said his name was, but he was very friendly. I explained to him the situation, how I needed an SUV because my wife just had a baby and we needed something more practical and preferred something not too expensive. He congratulated me which I thought was a nice gesture and then went into the positive aspects of the Murano as well as the negatives. There were more positives and I realized it was the right car for me and my family. I told him I was interested in the one I had seen online, so he let me take it for a drive. It ran well, had no visible marks on it and the price was decent and in my range. I decided to look at the others they had on the lot, but the first was the best so I asked if he could work out a deal with me for it. He told me he'd do the best he could and took me into the finance area where we talked out payment plans and trade in options. He was very detailed and re-explained everything the finance manager had said in terms that I could understand. I knew he was doing the best he could to get me a fair price and it showed when the total came up. I called my wife and went over it with her before handing over the down payment. I asked if we could come by a little later so she could see it and even though it was near closing time they were patient and let us take our time to look it over. She was pleased and so was I so we ended up getting the Murano and it's been great... I'm satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend this dealership.
