We called Imperial Pool to open and clean our pool. All we got was a bill for twice the amount that was quoted to us and our pool was still black!!! They did not clean or vacuum the pool, although they told their boss that - and he did not believe us. He was so rude and did not even apologize about the inconvienance. Instead, we had to call him every day to see when the pool guys were going to finish the job. Bruce is probably the worst business owner we have ever encountered. He does not care about his customers or his reputation. I could write more about how horrible the situation was but the bottom line: Bruce contradicted every conversation we had with him and acted like we were crazy, when in reality his employees just dumped chemicals and left.
