Review content:
I went with Imperial over several more expensive companies to install a salt-chlorinator on my inground pool. Installation was smooth, and price was great. Turns out the unit was not strong enough for my pool and I still had to add chlorine daily ! I called once a week for 6 weeks, and gave all details on chlorine levels. Every company I called told me that Bruce had installed the wrong size cell for my pool. Bruce told me he was working with the manufacturer to get the replacement at cost - summer ended and I never heard from him again. I had another company close my pool and I guess I'm stuck next year with a $2000 chlorinator that still requires me to use additional chlorine ! This guy doesn't call back, doesn't follow through, and doesn't seem to know what he's doing. He may be cheaper, but learn from my mistake and go with the next highest estimate. AVOID IMPERIAL !!!
Pros: cost was less than competition
Cons: Installed wrong unit - never replaced with right one
