I started getting adjusted from Dr.Howard 15 years ago while I was in college. At the time I had been getting chronic sinus infections and the Dr. at the school I was attending had told me that I may need my adenoids removed to fix the problem. Thankfully I had just started getting adjusted at the same time and to my surprise my chronic sinus problems went away. I now know how chiropractic adjustments helped my immune system and improved my overall health. What makes the experience so great with Dr. Howard is he explains how the spine and central nervous system work so closely together to help my body stay healthy. I never knew how effective chiropractic can be to keep me healthy and feeling great. I always enjoy visiting his office because I know when I do I am taking measures to improve my health and I also have fun with his marvelous staff.
