My experience with Richard Lusk Landscape and Design was extremely positive. My husband found their website on the internet and forwarded it to me. I thought to myself ""Hmmm, they look too expensive"", but I figured what the heck and I called them. They were very professional on the phone and sent me an email confirming our appointment along with their brochure. They showed up right on time for the estimate and we spent several hours discussing my project. The things that impressed me the most is that they offered all sorts of unique ideas and they really listened to us! They came back to us with a project budget that actually had more features for a lot less money than the other contractors were talking to. So we hired them to do the work. They started the day they said they would. They finished several days earlier than they said, and they didn't try to sell us anything along the way. The project came in exactly on budget. They cleaned up our yard at the end of every day. They also emailed us progress photos each day and we were able to see what was happening at home while at work. That little thing took the worry out of what would otherwise been a very stressful time for us. Me and my husband don't usually see eye to eye on stuff like this, but I'd have to say this was actually an enjoyable experience for both of us. After they finished we had a couple of plants die and we let them know about it. To our surprise they were out the next day to replace them! I have to give them 5 stars on customer service for that! Anyway, their work looks so beautiful and we've had so many compliments we are recommending them to all of our friends.
