Is it possible to screw up a BLT 4 times???? I found a place that made it possible.....I have been a loyal customer for years but I have finally decided NEVER to order food from this place AGAIN. Because I loved Chateau....I decided to place another order AFTER I found a WIREY HAIR in my sandwich.....After some time (I knew better) ...... I ordered the same sandwich......BLT.....JUST MAYO....no cheese......Guess what.....Burned....covered in cheese....a disgusting mess....3rd BLT....(I know.....I should have learned my lesson by now).....It wasn't burned but there was NO tomato or mayo......FINAL RESULT and thankfully their final chance......I ordered the same sandwich.....(knowing better)......and I was served this mess! Cold fries, burned toast, no mayo, and a slice of tomato the size of a silver dollar.....I was furious and went back to the restaurant to speak to a manger who....GUESS WHAT.....wasn't there.....Maybe the management might want to consider staying a little later and just MAYBE the quality of food might improve..... When I returned the sandwich.....(BTW I did not get a replacement or refund) I showed the girl behind the counter the sandwich and asked her....""Would you eat this?????"" The disgusted look on her face was priceless. If your own employees would not eat the food you are serving.....then WHY would you serve THIS to your customers?????
