Let me make a point to say that the only reason we go is for the free coupons in the Entertainment book. Between that and not having to leave a tip, it really saves money! The servers must not work on tips and the managers must not care about the restaurant. We have been there 3 times in 6 months and have had the worst service ALL 3 times! Different servers, different management and still the same result. This last time we were forgotten about completely, my HOT sandwhich was getting cold while my wife's COLD salad needed to be made. I had to get my OWN refill from the drink station and I didn't think we were ever getting a check. The Manager said he would check on our food and never came back again, not even to see if we needed anything. Previous time, our food had to be remade b/c the server didn't write down NO TOMATOES and we both got EXTRA tomatoes. None of the 3 times were they ever busy, not even on FOOTBALL SUNDAY when Gators (down the street) had a Wait! No wonder!
Pros: Food / Wings are good, salads are great
Cons: WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! EACH TIME WE GO
