I have been very pleased with PAC. The on site management team is awesome and very welcoming. They are continuously walking around the grounds cleaning and sweeping, making sure everything is in good shape and pleasant for the tenants. The tenants are wonderful and friendly here. I had to call for repairs twice and both times they have been very quick on contacting me to find out when they could come fix it, and they worked great with my schedule since im gone a lot for work. The PAC repair guys were very helpful and actually went beyond what i expected them to do, they did not leave a mess after either repairs, but spent the time to detail everything after they were done. I would recommend anyone to give PAC a try and to see for yourself. I know there are some on here who have put up horrible reviews, but i seriously think they would no matter were they were staying, i have had nothing but great experiences here. And for the price, i doubt you will find something like it, especially getting such great onsite managers who go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and taken care of.. You'll enjoy them, I have.
