I have lived at this building for over a year now and have definitely enjoyed my stay here. The management pays attention to detail which was one of the reasons I was first attracted to their properties. When they come to perform some sort of maintenance, they are thorough and leave the place clean. Maintenance is actually, one of the ways I have been most impressed with PAC because I used to live at a place in the Valley that never responded to your requests, even if it was dripping water! My old apartment even had mold growing and my previous landlord was less than responsive or helpful. So I really appreciate PAC (and they keep my building clean and have planted cuter plants since I have moved here)! I'd definitely refer my friends to PAC Properties!
