I decided to move into a PAC apartment at the recommendation of a close friend. He had moved into one of their building and was very pleased.
Its been 4 months and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience! The apartment managers do an EXCELLENT job with the courtyard and overall maintenance and upkeep of the common areas, It ALWAYS looks great! Whenever I've had a maintenance issue the PAC maintenance team has been on top of the issue in a timely manner.
I honestly don't know how they could do a better job. I would recommend PAC to anyone I know without any reservations.
