I lived in one of their apartments for 2 years. Since I'm not really high maintenance or particular when it comes to my living space, I didn't notice how bad it really was, despite hearing constant complaints from other tenants. They lie about the rent when you sign the lease. They tell you one price, then charge you everywhere else they can. My apartment was infested with bugs. The unit was cosmetically in decent shape, until you closely looked and noticed that they really don't take care of the place, just cover it with a new coat of paint. They make the buildings so that any community atmosphere is squashed. If there is a problem, it takes forever to get someone, then they often don't actually know what they're doing. They decide what is an ""emergency"" situation before sending someone. Basically emergencies are only if there is a fire or something completely dramatic. I just moved out and they charged fees that were not quoted in the lease. Pretty much their only concern is money and ripping you off. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
